Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Greenville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,245-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project site is located at Muhlenberg South Middle, 2900 State Route 176 Greenville, KY 42345. The bid is to furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, machinery, warranties, and all other items required to meet a new construction of a 3,245 square foot one level field house per plans and specifications. Work to include, but not limited to the new construction of two men's/women's restrooms/locker rooms, public men's /women's restrooms, concession, storage room, and mechanical room. Installation of new field lighting poles and lighting for the softball and soccer field. The bid is to furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, machinery, warranties, and all other items required to meet a new construction of a 3,245 square foot one level field house per plans and specifications. If a bid guaranty bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid is submitted with the bid, The owner also reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 9-30-2024.
