Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sedgwick, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Boat Ramp Construction Principal items of work consist of the construction of a 26' x 175' boat ramp and sidewalk attached to the existing boat ramp; installation of a roadway; procurement and installation of a courtesy dock and entrance and exit gates; and associated earthwork for an extension of the boat ramp entrance to allow an entrance and exit lane to access the ramp. A five-percent (5%) Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check is required with bid proposals of $150,000.00 or more. All questions related to the project shall be submitted via e-mail to the Project Manager, Shawn Krier at shawn.krier@state.co.us. The deadline for questions is August 6, 2024 at 05:00 PM.
