Failure to meet this requirement may be a sufficient reason to declare the bid non-responsive. The Vendor will be responsible for any damage to City property during the performance of this contract. In the event that there is damage to City property, the Vendor will immediately report the incident to the City in writing. Any such damage will be repaired or replaced with same by the Vendor at his/her expense and to the satisfaction of the City.
