PROJECT LOCATION: Two locations: 6506 N Landmark Dr, Park City, UT 84098 and 555 Swede Alley, Park City, UT 84060. PROJECT DEADLINE: Work is expected to be complete by October 1, 2024.
COMPLETION TIME. The work on this Project shall commence within ten (10) days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed by December 31, 2024. QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website by 12:00 p.m. MST on Wednesday, August 14, 2024. Park City Transit ("PCT") is a department of Park City Municipal Corporation (the "City" or "PCMC" or "Owner") located in Summit County, Utah. PCT provides fare-free bus, on-demand, senior, and paratransit services to more than three million people annually. This Request for Proposals ("RFP") includes work for a qualified vendor to remove two PCMC owned 350kW Overhead Battery-Electric Bus Chargers. The contractor selected to carry out the work for the City will be known hereinafter as "Contractor. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS
Contractor shall furnish to the City payment and performance bonds satisfactory to the City guaranteeing Contractor's payment and performance, in the amount, for each separately, of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Proposals will remain valid for 90 days after submission. PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, PCMC reserves the right to change dates or deadlines related to this RFP. PCMC also reserves the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the best interest of PCMC.
