The Award Shall Further Be Subjected to the Securing of Necessary State, Federal or Local Permits Governing the Work. the Contractor is Also Further Notified That He Must Comply With P.l. 2004, C. 57 and Submit Proof of Business Registration and Submit Proof of Business Registration for Any Named Subcontractor's in Accordance With the Act. Sealed Bids for This Project Are Being Solicited Through a Fair and Open Process in Accordance With N.j.s.a. 19:44a-20.5 Et. Seq. This Contract is Subject to the Provisions of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.j.s.a. 40a:11-1, Et. Seq. the Right is Reserved to Reject Any or All Proposals, in Whole or in Part, or to Make Awards to Such Bidder or Bidders Who, in the Judgment of the Borough of Haddon Heights, is the Lowest Responsible Bidder and to Waive Such Informalities as May Be Permitted by Law.
