Sealed bids are solicited for the FY 2024 NJDOT Municipal Aid Program, Resurfacing of St. Martins Avenue - Phase III, Wynnefield Avenue & New Jersey Avenue project in the Borough of Haddon Heights, Camden County, New Jersey. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided, in a sealed envelope, properly labeled with the bidder's name and the specific project reference. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, and not exceeding $20,000.00, and a certificate letter from a surety company showing it will provide a completion bond. Bidders must comply with all applicable statutory requirements including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq. (Affirmative Action), N.J.A.C. 17:27, the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, disclosure of stockholders (P.L. 1977, C. 33), Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and the Business Registration Act. Proof of such registrations must be submitted for both the bidder and all named subcontractors. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and waive informalities as permitted by law. Bids are solicited through a fair and open process pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et. seq. and are subject to the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law.
