sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Haddon Heights for the FY 2025 On-Call Maintenance Contract project in the Borough of Haddon Heights, Camden County, New Jersey PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TOOBTAINING SAID SPECIFICATIONS, EITHER BY MAIL OR IN PERSON.NO BIDS ARE TO BE DROPPED OFF AT THEENGINEER'S OFFICE. The Borough of Haddon Heights reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of the Borough of Haddon Heights. Bids must be on the bid form prepared by Bach Associates, PC, in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder on the outside and also bearing on the outside reference to the particular work bid upon. Said bids shall be addressed to Ms. Kelly Santosusso, Borough Clerk, 625 Station Avenue, Haddon Heights, Camden County, New Jersey. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Borough of Haddon Heights in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 of the amount bid. Sealed bids for this project are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et. seq. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, or to make awards to such bidder or bidders who, in the judgment of the Borough of Haddon Heights, is the lowest responsible bidder and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
