Saving Project...

Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

Provide design/build for B3294 outdoor fire training facilities (19F3B, 19F1A, 19F3B-B2, 19F3B-B3, and 19F3B-B4). Provide new exhaust fans and new expansion joints for each exhaust fan at the above training facilities. Provide new mechanical and electrical appurtenances, as necessary for a completely operational exhaust system. Provide new exhaust fans with VFDs. Provide each new exhaust fan with vibration isolation equipment and seismic restraints. Provide all new mechanical equipment with corrosion resistant coatings for interior and exterior surfaces. Davis Bacon Wage Determination CA20240001 Mod #7, dated July 5, 2024 is applicable to this procurement.
