Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; for the construction of a 2,400-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.

Construct a new 40' x 60 pole building for maintenance equipment storage. Work also includes civil earthwork, two ball fields, a soccer field, fencing, dugouts, irrigation, and seeding as indicated on drawings. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond shall accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bonds, and certificates of Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance Bidding documents are available electronically at no charge, via email.
