Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; for the construction of a 2,400-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
As of November 15, 2024, construction had commenced in October 2024. Completion is expected June 2025. All trades have been awarded. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Construct a new 40' x 60 pole building for maintenance equipment storage. Work also includes civil earthwork, two ball fields, a soccer field, fencing, dugouts, irrigation, and seeding as indicated on drawings. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond shall accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bonds, and certificates of Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance Bidding documents are available electronically at no charge, via email.
