Site work, new construction and renovation of a fire / police facility in Clymer, New York. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
As of August 29, 2025, this project is currently undergoing a feasibility study. The study is expected to be completed in late 2025 and feasibility of the project is expected to be determined in 2026. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Architectural services for a preliminary feasibility report for construction of a Town of Mina highway building and salt shed and renovation of the existing highway building for use as a fire station. The project involved is proposed to be funded by state and federal grants including the United States Department of Agriculture/Rural Development. The Town of Mina is requesting registered architects to submit qualifications for this project of suitable detail and completeness to satisfy the regulatory and funding agencies. A copy of the detailed RFQ is available on the Town of Mina website and upon request. MWBE firms are encouraged to submit.
