As of 08/15/2024: The Owner of the aforementioned project, Ridley School District, has made the decision to explore alternate procurement methods related to potential grant receipts. Therefore, they are canceling the bidding process for this project indefinitely. The Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 20, 2024, is also canceled. For contractors who have already purchased bid documents and prefer to have their check returned in lieu of having them destroyed, please contact Liz Keating at lkeating@dhuy.com. The Ridley School District is soliciting sealed bids for the Ridley High School HVAC Renovations in the form of SINGLE prime lump sum contract(s). Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of payment. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address. This Project is subject to the Federal Davis-Bacon Act, Approved March 3, 1931, 40 U.S.C. 3141-3148, as amended and supplemented, and reference is made to the wage rates applicable to this Project. Bids shall conform to all requirements as more fully set forth in the Contract Documents, including, inter alia, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
