Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Nordegg, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

1. Mobilization and demobilization. Supply and install temporary fencing, signage, and barricades as per the Contractor's Health and Safety Plan, to be approved by Alberta Parks. Travel / Accommodation costs. Development, fabrication, and regular maintenance of temporary signage and barricades. All other work items incidental to the Work. 2. Perform locates if required, and hydrovac, as necessary to identify existing buried utilities. 3. Perform structural and enclosure repairs per the enclosed drawings and specifications. 4. Install electrical upgrades per the electrical drawings and specifications. 5. Complete landscape improvements per the enclosed landscape drawings and specifications, including the following: a. Demolition of existing benches, salvage wood slats; b. Demolition and metal frames under existing stage, dispose of hardware; c. Demolition and removal of existing bench support timber stringers; d. Demolition and disposal of existing light control box; e. Construction of asphalt pathways and pads; f. Construction of accessible benches complete with backrests / armrests; g. Installation of AFP-supplied of signage, including supply and install of sign posts and installation of signs on benches where specified.; h. Construction of stage audio / lighting post, installation of an additional wood post where audio/lighting components would be placed; i. Landscape rehabilitation including site prep, grading, topsoil, and seed; and 6. Clean up work area 7. Closeout Documentation and One-Year Warranty Period Review
