The scope of work also includes resurfacing the concrete bands and floor on the 1st floor of City Hall and the Southwest Hall and as shown on the plans. The scope of work also includes removing the carpet inside the elevator cab of City Hall and replacing it with a non-slip vinyl flooring, contractor to propose and submit product catalog for City Approval. The scope of work also includes the contractor to build custom continuous wall base trim with no seams at the steps specified in the plans. engineer estimate $120,000.00
