2024 ADP WRF Road Repairs The Fox River Water Reclamation District hereby gives notice that sealed Bids will be received for the Project: 2024 ADP WRF Road Repairs The Work consists of removing and replacing approximately 15,000 sq yd of existing asphalt, constructing and compacting subbase, constructing approximately 400 linear ft of concrete gutters, channels and curbs, and installing gravel in swales for improvement of stormwater drainage. All work will be done at the FRWRD ADP WRF and in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of not less than 10 % of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interest of OWNER. Question Deadline 08/14/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to OWNER in writing not less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids.
