Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Elgin, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The Housing Authority of Elgin (HAE) is requesting qualifications from interested Architectural firms for new multi-family affordable housing development. HAE's non-profit development entity, Fox River Affordable Housing Corporation (FRAHC), has ownership interests in seven affordable housing developments and operates 164 units of affordable housing. FRAHC endeavors to self-perform future affordable housing projects and wishes to assemble a qualified team in accordance to the Illinois Housing Development Authority's qualified application process. RFQ documents may be obtained by emailing Martell Armstrong at marmstrong@haelgin.org. Responses are due by 4:00pm September 12, 2024. The proposer shall include at least (3) three copies of the RFQ documents for consideration.
