Snow Removal Services The initial term of this contract is for one year. The terms of the contract shall renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods unless written notice of termination is provided by either party. Written notice shall be provided no later than July 1st preceding the snow season. Bidder must provide with its bid a bid bond or other acceptable security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, made payable to the Washington County Auditor/Administration Office, as a bid guarantee. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids and to waive informalities therein Question Deadline 08/15/2024 at 2:00 PM CT All questions should be written and submitted via email to Washington County, christina.mastro@co.washington.mn.us with the subject line All written questions sent by at the end of second week of the bid period, will be answered via an Addenda posted to the Washington County website.
