Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Orange, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Summary: The Town of Orange is requesting bids for the Marshall Heights Pump Station and Reservoir Improvements. The project will consist of the following work: -New precast concrete Electrical Building -Pump and electrical improvements at the Marshall Heights Pump Station -Modifications to existing SCADA system -Concrete repairs to Marshall Heights Reservoir -New submersible mixer for Marshall Heights Reservoir -Associated site improvements and related incidental work See project manual for full details of project and bid requirements. Bid Security: Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or an acceptable bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the base bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond will be required in the amount of 100 percent of the bid. Question Deadline 08/24/2024 at least 5 days prior to receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming or conditional bids or counterproposals.
