Fiber Lync is seeking qualified Offeror(s) to provide customer premise direct buried drop installation and related services. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to offer prospective Contractors the opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities to install fiber drops to the customer facility, FiberLync in interested in receiving responses from Contractors that can connect customers located in the existing as well as expanded service areas during a multi-year period. Fiber Lync will provide the materials needed for the installation services. Submission of Questions Deadline August 6, 2024 5:00PM ET INQUIRIES: Any questions which may arise as a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted on the attached Question Form to Jenny Cord at jcord@fiberlync.net. CONTRACT TERMS: The contract terms shall be for one (1) year from Contract award date. FiberLync shall have the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods, contingent upon availability of funds for the purpose and the need of FiberLync.
