A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The State University Construction Fund is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide Construction Manager (CM) Agency - Services for the Renovate Moore Hall for Student Living Services project at the State University of New York College at Buffalo. This Project is for a full renovation of Moore Hall at the State University College at Buffalo. Constructed in 1966 as a student center, Moore Hall is a one-story 26,305 GSF building in need of renovation to provide functional space for student living services. The original kitchen and dining areas were demolished to provide space for central mail, property control and custodial services, and for storage. These functions have been, or will be, relocated upon the completion of a renovation to Building 50. The renovation of Moore Hall is needed to address the lack of student life space on campus, as identified in a recent update to the campus Facilities Master Plan. The fully renovated space will provide multipurpose and activity rooms, lounge areas, food service including a kitchen, and residence life offices. This Project will include replacement of all architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and related infrastructure, as well as the roof and windows. Associated site work will also be included. The current estimated construction budget is approximately $17,085,000.
