General Constructionbh.1: Stoops, Handrails, Fencing and Facade Work at Better Housing Development 2024 Capital Fund Projects for the following contract: Q-1F: Stoops and Handrails at Pineview, Harbor Homes Annex, and Lake City Scattered Site Locations - General Construction BH.1: Stoops, Handrails, Fencing and Facade work at Better Housing Development - General Construction Project Description: The General Construction Contract work includes the following: 1. Harbor Homes (Buffalo Road & Downing Ave.) a) Concrete stoop and railing replacement at 11 units (double). 2. Pineview Housing Development (West Grandview Blvd. & Schaper Ave.) a) Concrete stoop and railing replacement at 10 units (1-double), concrete sidewalks/landings adjacent to ADA ramps - 4 locations 3. Lake City Scattered Sites a) Concrete stoop and railing replacement at 21 addresses (19 front stoops and 5 side stoops) 4. Provide temporary railings while permanent railings are fabricated. Bid Security in the Minimum Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Insurances. The Contractor Must Use Their Best Efforts to Carry Out the Hace Minority Business Enterprise Policy. The Contractor Must Utilize, to the Greatest Extent Feasible, Minority and Female-owned Business Concerns, and Provide Employment Opportunities for Public Housing Residents.
