The Department of Military and Veteran's Affairs, Alaska Army National Guard Facilities Management Office, is soliciting bids for a contractor to DEMO a building on Camp Carroll JBER, Alaska. Questions concerning the attached ITB or contents therein must be in writing and directed to the DMVA-FMO Office. This ITB is intended to result in demo Building 57427 JBER, Alaska in the Spring/Summer of 2025. This will include disconnecting and capping all utilities, removing complete structure including out buildings, power poles, sidewalk etc. Fill in any ground voids with top soil and hydro seed the entire area. The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract. The Department hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this Invitation, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
