The Town of Madison is seeking the services of qualified professional consultants/firms to develop a Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan that will improve and expand upon existing infrastructure. The consultants/firm designing the Plan shall be responsible for providing all necessary planning and preliminary engineering services necessary for the Plan, along with any cost estimates. It is anticipated that this planning process will be inclusive and engaging with the community. Meaningful public participation should be a priority and various strategies shall be implemented during the process. Land Use and Engineering Staff will provide support for this project. All inquiries relative to the conditions and specifications listed herein as well as clarification of any information contained or referenced in this RFQ must be made to Erin Mannix, Town Planner via email mannixe@madisonct.org on or before August 12, 2024. The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions if, in its judgment, the best interests of the Town of Madison will be served. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
