In accordance with 103D-304, HRS, Procurement of Professional Services, the State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation (HDOT), Harbors Division (DOTH) is seeking qualified professional engineering firms to provide a range of structural engineering design services for Commercial Harbors Structural Engineering Support, Statewide, Project Nos. P90185, P90186, P90187. DOTH intends to award three contracts (associated with project numbers P90185, P90186 and P90187) from this solicitation, with identical Scopes of Work. Work Order Assignments will be in support of Federal-aid and/or State-funded projects and programs being managed by the Harbors Engineering Branch, Department of Transportation. The contracts will be Indefinite Quantity contracts in accordance with 3-122-143, HAR. The contract time of performance for each contract will be five (5) years from the Notice to Proceed and will have a budget not to exceed $10,000,000.00, subject to availability of funds. Additional information for the subject projects may be viewed under "Files". The Director of Transportation reserves the right to cancel this request for proposals, to reject any or all proposals in whole or part, and to waive any defects in said proposal in the best interest of the State.
