Renovation of a mixed-use development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of October 1, 2024, project was awarded to PURAL WATER SPECIALTY CO INC, awarded amount is $35,698.44.** Replace and Re-certify Existing BFP at Various Schools. Description Furnish material and labor to replace and re-certify existing back flow preventers at Iao IS, Lahaina IS and Kamalii ES. At the time of bid opening and through the contract period, Contractor shall have a current State of Hawaii C-37 Plumbing Contractors license. Contractors' license shall be provided as part of this bid. The notes above shall serve to supplement the State of Hawaii General Conditions, attached herein, and be considered part of the contract. Award shall be made to lowest responsive and responsible bidder subject to the availability of funds. The State of Hawaii reserves the right to cancel this IFB and/or reject any and all offers in whole or in part when it is determined to be in the best interest of the State of Hawaii.
