Department of Transportation (DOT), Harbors, seeks the services of a qualified professional firm to provide underwater inspection/structural assessment services for Harbors Special Maintenance Projects Requiring Underwater Inspection/Structural Assessment Services. The scope of work for this contract includes, but are not limited to, performing underwater inspections, assessments and testing; conducting field investigations and studies; surveys; reviewing existing plans; preparing complete drawings, specifications, cost estimates, recommendations, schedules, reports, permit applications and reports; providing construction services, and other items of work related to maintaining, altering, and modifying Harbor facilities at commercial harbors throughout the State of Hawaii. Harbors has budgeted $1,000,000.00 for this contract, with a contract term of five (5) years.
