The Department of Transportation (DOT), Harbors, seeks the services of a qualified professional firm to provide architectural services for Harbors Special Maintenance Projects Requiring Architectural Services. The scope of work for this contract includes, but are not limited to, architectural assessments/designs of Harbor facilities, conducting field investigations, surveys, reviewing existing plans, preparing complete contract drawings, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, reports, providing construction services, and other items of work related to maintaining, altering, and modifying architectural systems at various commercial harbors throughout the State of Hawaii.
