Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Design plans call for the construction of a 141,761-square-foot, seven-story above grade, 115-unit multi-residential development; clubhouse / community center; and one-story below grade, 50-space parking garage.

The main floor will include a gym, classroom, and multipurpose room to support youth after-school programming and community events, as well as a commercial kitchen for food preparation. There upper floors will contain 115 mixed-income dwelling units, including 46 affordable dwelling units at less than 80% of the median market rent (MMR) and 18 units are barrier free units.
