Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Northfield, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Project consists of 6,675 lf of 12" DI water main with hydrants, water services, and appurtenances, concrete road removal, and full width and trench patch pavement restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Document info : Bidding Documents also may be examined the office of the Town Manager, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM; and the office of the Engineer, Dufresne Group, 56 Main Street, Suite 200, Springfield, VT 05156, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. This project is funded in part through the Vermont Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. Consequently, the following provisions apply to this WORK (more detail for each of these provisions can be found in Instruction to Bidders). BABAA does not apply. Bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements Performance BOND and Payment BOND each in the amount of 100% of the contract price "AIS" (American Iron and Steel) Provisions of P.L. 113-76, Consolidated Appropriations Act Federal Wages as determined under the Davis-Bacon Act Value: $2,900,000.00 Question Deadline 08/22/2024
