Renovation of a civil project in Post Falls, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Questions should be directed to Andrew Arbini at 208-457-3378. The project is intended to be constructed and operational no later than December 2026. The scope of work for selecting a design consultant is expected to contain, but is not limited to, the following tasks: 1) Develop and assist in implementing a short-term plan for solids handling redundancy. 2) Selection and design of a new solids thickening process. 3) Design of the replacement WRF Plant Drain Lift Station. 4) Design of the replacement WRF Control Building Lift Station 5) Selection and design of additional solids dewatering equipment to be incorporated to the existing solids handling process. 6) Design of a replacement vactor pump station capable of receiving solids from collection system lift station maintenance operations. 7) Project design and construction phasing to align with the City’s project budget and schedule. 8) Project management of design phase services and construction phases may be added at a later date. 2. Evaluate applications the week of August 19, 2024 3. Interview finalists (if conducted) the week of September 2, 2024 4. Present consultant contract to City Council October 15, 2024
