Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work is split into two separate projects in two locations. Part A of this project consists of approximately 0.44 miles of street improvements on Gary Drive, including roadway reconstruction, base construction, asphaltic concrete surfacing., and all necessary to complete work as per plans and specifications. Part B of this project consists of geometry improvements at the intersection of Dell Drive and Parkway Drive, including roadway construction, base construction, asphaltic concrete surfacing, drainage improvements, and all necessary to complete work as per plans and specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Bond, a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Letter of Credit in the amount not less than five percent of the total bid price and shall be made payable to the City of Breaux Bridge without condition. This shall be given as a guarantee that the Bidder will execute the Contract, if it be awarded to him, in conformity with the contract documents Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Contractor shall begin mobilization and procurement of materials within ten (10) working days of the receipt of the Notice to Proceed and will complete the work, ready for use, in the manner specified in the Contract Documents, within 90 calendar days.
