Site work for a civil project in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of construction of a new backwash/transfer pump station, installation of a new backwash/transfer pump, relocation of an existing backwash pump, demolition of the existing reinforced concrete clearwell cover and installation of a new geodetic dome cover, site piping, electrical and controls necessary to complete work as per plans and specifications. Each bidder shall submit with his bid a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond issued by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana. The bond shall be countersigned by a person who is under contract with the surety company or bond issuer as a licensed agent in the state of Louisiana, and who is residing in Louisiana. The amount of this check shall be five (5%) percent of the amount bid and shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract should it be awarded to him. Checks or bonds shall be payable to the City of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. The Bidder shall show his license number on the bid and on the sealed envelope submitting the bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. Question Deadline 11/27/2024 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed and forwarded to the Owner's authorized representative seven (7) or more calendar days before the date fixed for opening the bid
