Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Collierville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work shall be undertaken in two (2) phases; Phase 1 being in the Summer/Fall Season of 2024 and Phase 2 being in the Spring Season of 2025 Please Note: As a part of doing business with the Town of Collierville, Tennessee, each individual, company or organization is required to obtain a Vendor Number to reference when requesting a copy of any bid. Question Deadline 08/16/2024 SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT The work under this contract shall be addressed and undertaken in two (2) separate phases; Phase 1 - Fall 2024 and Phase 2 - Spring 2025. Both phases will be within the Town of Collierville's Fiscal Year 2025. If conditions warrant and it becomes necessary, some of the work listed under Phase 1 - Fall 2024 may be carried over to the Phase 2 - Spring 2025. Under no circumstances shall a street or subdivision be partially completed in Phase 1 and then carried over to Phase 2. No work listed under Phase 2 -Spring 2025 shall be undertaken during Phase 1 - Fall 2024. The work included by the GENERAL and TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required in performing all operations necessary in connection with street resurfacing at various locations within the Town. Surface adjustment of Town manhole rings and valve rings, as requested by the Town, will also be required
