Gasoline/Diesel Fuel Storage System Installation Project The Work consists of installing one gas/diesel 6,000 gallon above ground fuel storage tank with connects made to the existing product dispenser and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto. 1. All site preparation, including asphalt removal, excavation, backfill, grading, 3rd party compaction testing, subbase preparation, concrete/reinforcement placement, compression strength and slump testing, and testing documentation. 2. The purchase, delivery, storage, and installation of new buried fuel piping and fittings, including trench excavation and preparation, backfill to within 4 inches of finished grade with specified backfill material, lining, compaction, connections to sumps. 5. Re-use existing dispenser and card reader system. 6. The purchase, delivery, storage, and installation of new dispenser sump, leak sensor, piping, connections, equipment, concrete work and restoration, connect new piping and electrical conduit, startup, testing, training, warrantee work, painting, signage, labels, complete functioning system. 7. Temporarily close existing underground storage tanks and piping in accordance with 310 CMR 80.00. 8. Segregate oils according to regulated and non-regulated soils. Stockpile all soil and other excavation materials generated on site based on the Contractor's activities and in accordance with the direction of the Owner's Licensed Site Professional (LSP) on and covered by poly sheeting. The Owner will be responsible for non-regulated soil disposal. The Contractor will dispose of regulated soils according to the Unit Prices provided on the Form for General Bid and as directed by the LSP. 9. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 10. Provide and install all equipment and materials unless otherwise specifically excluded.
