Electrical Work o Service to be removed and replaced on flash 5/4" PVC Backer Board Sidewall Exterior Trim to be Replaced o 5,800 LF 1/2 " x 6" clear primed cedar clapboards o 4 1/2 Typar housewrap o Ring Shank 1 3/4" SS SDG Nail o Eight (8) 5/4 x 8" x 18' Primed Wolf PVC Trim o Roof trim to replaced where needed o Estimated for 55 mails for the sidewall o 1 x 8 pine sheathing or similar material should be used in replacement and removal Window Replacements o 6 x 6 Mahogany double hung sash produced by Boston Sash and Millwork (no substitutes for company producing them). o For kitchen windows - reframe to match the other windows in the house o Save old panes for the historic significance of the property Painting o All Exterior Surfaces to have two (2) finish coats over primer of Ben Moore House Paint o Color Exterior White - Regal Select Exterior Paint (Sheen, Low Luster, or Soft Gloss). o Match color choice with the Steele Farm Barn to determine best option for paint selection General Conditions o Construction Site to be clean and neat at all times o Contractor to provide dumpster o House to be secured with all openings cover with plywood until windows are installed
