**As of July 18th 2025, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The Town of Boxborough through its Chief Procurement Officer is soliciting Sealed Bids for the Micro-milling and Paving Burroughs Road, Priest Lane, and Codman Hill Road in Town with labor associated thereto. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Requests for approved equal status, clarification of specifications and/or protests of specifications must be made in writing and emailed to the DPW Director Ed Kukkula, ekukkula@boxborough-ma.gov. Questions must be received no later than Monday, June 23, 2025. Questions and responses will be e-mailed to all bidders on record as having picked up the IFB prior to the bid opening. If, at the time of the scheduled bid opening, Town Hall is closed due to uncontrolled events such as fire, weather-related, or building evacuation, the bid opening will be postponed until 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 30, 2025.
