Question Deadline 08/20/2024 at 12:00 AM ET Questions are submitted online No COMMUNICATION Purchasing Agent: Tracy McDonald 248-858-4796 voice purchasing@rcoc.org General Requirements - FOB Destination Award Requirements - All or None Award Work will have to be done on a Saturday or Sunday for culvert installation Paving can take place during the week under flag control if needed, due to proximity to school. Contractor will be responsible for dewatering method of choice. Contractor will remove existing asphalt. Contractor will remove existing backfill. Contractor will remove existing 36 inch CMP. Contractor will install new 36 inch 64 foot CMP Connection to structure on east side of road must be encased in concrete. Contractor will backfill/compact in lifts. Contractor to provide all backfill materials. Pave asphalt back in 2 inch lifts for a total of 4 inches mix should be a 4EML or equivalent. RCOC is responsible for the road closure. RCOC is supplying the culvert. RCOC reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof. Any incomplete bid and any bid in which prices are obvious errors may be rejected. A non-conforming response to the specifications or terms and conditions will be considered non-responsive and may be rejected.
