Reference Number 0000358691 The Village of Beverly Hills is seeking competitive bids to complete the grading and drainage plan at Beverly Green Park. The project consists of relocating soils on site, installing berms and grass seed (low grow fescue seed mix), ditching, hauling away additional soils, and compacting and grading the soils per the plan which is attached. It is highly recommended site visits are made before bid submittal. Beverly Green is located on the west side of Greenfield Road, divided in half by Beverly Road, bounded by Beverly Court north and south of Beverly Road. The Village of Beverly Hills reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof for any reason. No bid may be withdrawn for at least 30 days after scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The cost of preparing and submitting a proposal is the responsibility of the firm and shall not be chargeable in any manner to the Village.
