Reference Number 0000359116 The FY 2025 Road Improvement Program shall consist of the removal of approximately 13,000 square yards of existing asphalt pavement and installation of approximately 3,700 tons of HMA along Pierce Rd between 13 Mile and Beverly, on Reedmere between Pierce and Beverly, and on Glencoe from Reedmere to Fairfax. Copies of Drawings and Specifications and Proposal Forms shall be available at the offices of Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 555 Hulet Drive, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48302-0360. Checks can be made payable to Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc., and may be mailed to the office of Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. or accepted in person. Procurement Documents will be provided electronically and hard copy upon confirmation of payment. Each bid proposal shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, executed by the bidder and Surety Company, payable to the Village of Beverly Hills in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the accompanying bid. Proposal Guarantee shall provide assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of the bid, execute the necessary Contract with the Village of Beverly Hills. No bid may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least Ninety (90) days. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance, Labor and Material, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds. The Village of Beverly Hills reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. This clause summarizes the currently known conflicts, cooperation and coordination to aid in the successful construction of the project. This Section describes the method of measurement and basis of payment for all items of Work included in the Contract and specified in the Proposal. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment and services required to complete the Work specified herein and indicated on the Plans and all other items necessary to complete the job, whether specifically mentioned or implied. Payment will only be made for the items listed in the Proposal Form.
