Reference Number 0000359271 The Village of Beverly Hills is seeking competitive bids to complete land clearing and hydro seed installation at Riverside Park. The project consists of grinding all dead/weed trees, invasive buckthorn, weeds, and fallen wood on the project grounds and shoreline, installing 324 yards of topsoil to a finished grade, and hydro seeding the project site with a mix of rye and bluegrass. It is highly recommended site visits are made before bid submittal. Please see attached for more details. Riverside Park is located on the south side of Riverside Drive, 500 feet east of Evergreen Road and is bounded by the Rouge River and abutting homes. A map of the site is attached. Any questions or site visit requests should be submitted to Neil Johnston, via email njohnston@villagebeverlyhills.com or by phone at 248-646-6404, by Tuesday, August 13, 2024 so can be properly addressed before the submittal deadline. The Village of Beverly Hills reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof for any reason. No bid may be withdrawn for at least 30 days after scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The cost of preparing and submitting a proposal is the responsibility of the firm and shall not be chargeable in any manner to the Village
