Email: dwelker@graham.az.gov Graham County requests bids to Fabricate and install a 27' x 14' custom metal sign with digital
display. (Attachment D).
The attached Standard Terms and Conditions shall govern this bid unless specifically modified in
these bid documents. Conditions of bid that include the word "must" or "shall," describe a
mandatory requirement. All specifications are defined as mandatory minimum requirements
unless otherwise stated. If no bidder is able to comply with a given specification or condition of
bid, the County reserves the right to delete that specification or condition of bid. Contractors may
not submit their own contract document as a substitute for these terms and conditions. The
County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities or to accept any bid
which, in its judgement, will be in the best interest of the public.
Retain a copy of these Bid documents for your files. Should you receive an award, these Bid
documents become your contract terms and conditions. Bid specifications may not be revised without an official written addendum issued by the
County. The following specifications are minimum acceptable requirements:
8.1 Fabricate, paint, and install Fairgrounds sign per plans in Attachment D.
8.2 Prior to any digging, blue stake property for underground utilities. Contractor is solely
responsible for blue stake.
8.3 Foundation shall be constructed by a licensed contractor per the engineered drawings
and specifications in Attachment D.
8.4 An electric pedestal is currently installed near the sign. The Contractor is responsible
for all breakers, conduit, wire, and other materials needed to provide power from the
pedestal to the sign.
8.5 There is no lighting shown on the plans, however, LED down lighting shall be installed
under the digital sign pointing downward and LED up lighting shall be installed directly
above the digital sign pointing upward. Lighting shall be provided on both sides of the sign.

8.6 The digital sign shall be an MX-16814FC-fs model. The digital sign shall be double
sided and have a four (4) year warranty.
8.7 All metal surfaces shall be painted with Acrylic Urethane by Summit Racing
Equipment; paint colors shall be used per plans in Attachment D.
8.8 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the work in
accordance with all Federal, State, and Local laws, codes, and ordinances.
8.9 The precise location of the sign will be provided by the County.
8.10 Work must be complete prior to October 8, 2024.
