Construct one 36' x 94' walk-out concrete FEMA-rated safe structure for the University of Kentucky Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment at the West KY 4-H Camp. Stamped engineered drawings, specifications, and geotechnical survey are being provided by the University. Building to be located on the West KY 4H Camp in Dawson Springs, KY. The address is 600 4H Camp Dr., Dawson Springs, KY 42408 Anyone wishing to discuss specific items is requested to submit the items in writing to Construction Procurement, no later than 08/23/2024 at 1:00 PM Lexington, KY Time. The Work consists of the new construction of a safe room. 1. The Work includes metal roof, reinforced concrete walls, floor slab on grade and upper level concrete floor panels. Also includes mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.
