This project includes the replacement of doors and windows of a building of approximately 19,110 gross square feet. The building is existing and new windows and doors shall be constructed within or adjacent to materials that include but are not limited to the following: The existing structure consisting of steel columns and joists. Exterior wall construction consisting of unit masonry blocks. Roof construction to remain. Foundations to remain. Interior finishes include patching and painting. Floor coverings include patching of flooring to match existing. Ceilings shall be existing to remain.
