Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Lyme, Connecticut. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of August 22, 2025, this project is in the design phase. It is anticipated to go out for bid in November of 2025. A timeline for construction to start has not been established, but it is expected to be completed by August 15, 2026. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Preparation of Architectural Plans Specifications and Bid Documents for Roof Replacements at Lilie B. Haynes Elementary School and East Lyme High School Aquatics Center Roof Lillie B. Haynes Elementary School, located at 29 Society Rd., Niantic CT, requires roof replacements for approximately 87,000 square feet of existing modified bitumen roofing on multiple roof sections. The northeast section (Roof A) (15,000 sq. ft.) and the entrance canopy (Roof N) (2,000 sq. ft.) were replaced in 2011, and they are excluded from this work. Additionally, the East Lyme High School Aquatic Center, located at 30 Chesterfield Rd., East Lyme, CT, requires roof replacement of its approximately 12,000 square feet standing seam metal roof.
