The building is new and shall be prefabricated and constructed of materials that include but are not limited to the following: The structure shall consist of steel framing. Exterior wall construction shall consist of 14 Gauge or heavier mechanical tube mig-welded with 16 ga. minimum interior and exterior galvannealed steel panels. Insulated with closed cell spray foam to create class 3 vapor retarder, minimum R16. Flat panelized roof construction shall consist of 3" sandwich panels clad with gypsum. Both sides shall be stucco-embossed aluminum pre-painted white. The core shall be of 1 lb. density polystyrene foam. Fascia shall be 5" high with gutter and downspout(s). Foundations shall consist of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Interior finishes include walls painted using a prime-to-paint system manufacturer's epoxy primer with a urethane finish. Floor coverings include aluminum treadplate. Ceilings shall be metal ceiling panels. 3.
