Niantic Center Elementary School Roof Replacement Interviews the week of September 22, 2025 BOE review for approval: Monday, October 6 Expected award by October 9, 2025 Establish project schedule for design, bid and construction phases, so that construction can be completed prior to the start of 2026-27 school year, August 21, 2026. Services to be provided include attendance at job meetings and preparation of minutes of meetings, reviewing schedules, review and approval of invoices, RFI records and responses, submittal approvals and related administrative work. Packages, overnight or hand deliveries should be sent to: 165 Boston Post Rd., East Lyme, CT 06333 Tentative Schedule for a Spring Start of Construction 2026 Schedule shall be: o Investigations completed First Review to ELPS Facilities Department and Building Committee Tuesday October 28, 2025 o Design Development 90% completed based on Comments and recommendations Due Thursday, November 20 o Preparation of Estimates and DAS forms and signatures for the review process.
