A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project entails Roof Replacements of the existing built-up roof systems with modified bituminous membrane roofing system at all areas as shown on the documents. The Project consists of the alteration at the Lille B. Haynes Elementary School as follows: 1. Remove existing built up roof system and replace with new 2 ply built up roof system. 2. Plumbing: Remove and replacf existing roof drains. Alter drain plumbing/ leaders to accommodate new drains. modify vent and extend vent piping to accommodate new flashings . C. HVAC: Remove and reset mechanical equipment to accommodate raised flashing heights. . D. Electrical Power and Lighting: Disconnect and connect mechanical equipment, lights and other devices to install new roof system.
