Renovation of an educational facility in East Lyme, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project entails replacement of the existing Roof Top HVAC Unit #RTU- 5 and related work. Any questions or Requests for information (RFI) regarding this bid should be emailed to Diane.Nazarko@elpsk12.org no later than 2 PM on Thursday, December 12, 2024, in case an addendum needs to be posted or sent to prospective bidders. East Lyme Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informality, or to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the East Lyme Public Schools. ELPS would like the installation to take place during the week of April 14- 18, 2025 while students are on Break. We understand all is contingent on the ordering, availability and delivery time of the equipment. Otherwise, site construction work can start at the conclusion of the school year on Monday, June 24, 2025.
