Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Lyme, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work includes, but is not limited to the following 1. Removal of existing HVAC units and associated piping, wiring, and ductwork. 2. Construction of new HVAC units and associated piping, wiring, and ductwork. 3. Patching and repairs to facilitate new HVAC unit installation. 4. Removal of existing structural joists and additional structural framing. This project entails replacement of the existing Gymnasium HVAC, structural steel flooring and related work. Any questions and official Requests for information (RFI) regarding this bid should be emailed to Diane.Nazarko@elpsk12.org no later than 2 PM on Thursday, October 31, 2024, in case an addendum needs to be posted or sent to prospective bidders. East Lyme Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informality, or to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the East Lyme Public Schools.
