Bids Shall Be Directed To The Attention Of Gary Johnson, Spooner Electric Utility, 515 N. Summit Street, Spooner, Wisconsin, 54801; Securely Sealed And Endorsed Upon The Outside Wrapper, bid For Electric Pole Replacement Work. Contractors On The Project Shall Be Required To Comply With The Minimum Wages In Effect For The State Of Wisconsin. The City Of Spooner And The Spooner Electric Utility Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, To Waive Irregularities And Informalities Therein And To Award The Contract In The Best Interests Of The Spooner Electric Utility.
