2025 Street Projects, Mill and Overlay : Pioneer Drive MSIS (LRIP) Durabilt Rd to Bay Ave., East Beaverbrook Ave. from Hwy 63 to Pioneer Dr.; Flex Patch Project Contract 1 _2,376_ Ton DOT Spec 4 MT 58-28 S Asphaltic Pavement _10,559 SY Mill _1,326_ Ton 4" Gravel Shoulders Contract 2 _10,000__ lb. Flex Patch Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price, payable to the City of Spooner, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if his bid is accepted, will execute and file the proper Contract and one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond within ten (10) days from the date the lowest responsible Bidder's bid is accepted. In case the bidder fails to file such Contract and required bonds within the time set by the City of Spooner, the check or bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages. Letting of Contracts will be subject to Section 66.0901, Wisconsin Statutes. Bidder shall also submit completed W-9. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in the preparation of a bid or to reject any or all bids.
